about me
For the past 20+ years I have worked with the most passionate, dedicated + innovative teams within the educational, consulting & financial services sector.
For 16 of those years working in the corporate world has given me the invaluable experience collaborating and leading a team of designers in one of the largest global leading professional services firms. In this Creative role I enjoyed exploring innovative design solutions, from concept through to execution, and because the role was so challenging + an incredible learning curve I organically expanded into other design areas, such as stage design, commercial office space, and multimedia.
However, a change is as good as a rest, they say, and so.... I took a giant leap into the freelance world and have never looked back! The variety, creativity + flexibility has turned my working world into a much more pleasant place to be. The corporate work nicely balances out the funny ones .... ie. 'can you design a impactful panel that is vertically hung from our 4 storey building please'.... to which I usually respond with a 'certainly' and a smile.
Design + creativity is intelligence having some fun whilst bringing solutions to the table.
I love a challenge I do.
